Six Visits Per Year (Five Fertilizations, One Aeration with Overseeding)

Fertilization - Five granular feedings per year. Each feeding is tailored to your lawn and balanced to promote thick, vibrantly green grass with a vigorous root system

Crabgrass Prevention - We concentrate on stopping the ugly stuff in early Spring before it ever becomes a problem.

Dicot Weed Control - Our liquid applications clear out more than 40 common lawn weeds, including dandelion, plantain, chickweed and clover.

Lawn Insect Control - We'll treat for grubs, chinchbugs, sod webworms and other damaging insects as needed throughout the year.

Core Aeration with Overseeding - We will core aerify to help control thatch buildup and relieve soil compaction. Aeration opens up growth pockets, allowing for a higher rate of grass seed germination and produces a more mature, resilient turf base. This treatment disrupts thatch and loosens the soil to improve the flow of air, water and fertilizer to grass plants.
